My Christmas

I finally got Mom to put the pictures on the computer so I can tell you all about my Christmas.  I had a great one!  We started out at home.  Santa stopped by our house and left me some great toys.  Here’s a schoolbus he left for me and some other stuff that I had to unwrap to get into.

I found out later that I was supposed to put out cookies and milk for Santa and some snacks for his reindeer.  I completely messed up on this one.  Santa, if you’re reading, I’m sorry.  I had no idea.  I’m still kind of new to the whole Christmas thing, but I promise to make up for it next year.

I gave Mom and Dad their gifts.  I did my own shopping this year.  I got Mom a Colorado Rockies jersey and Dad a big book that’s all about the World Series.

From our house, we headed over to Gran C and Pappy’s place.  Turns out, Santa had stopped there too!  He filled my stocking with all kinds of fun things.  Here’s Dad helping me get the stuff out.

I got a Grover!

I also got some music books, stuffed animals and a big truck that you can see behind me.

12.25-4.jpgPappy put me in the back of the truck and pushed me all over the house.  Pappy got a big popcorn machine for this thing he calls the “man cave”.  He spends a lot of time in his cave watching football and eating popcorn.  I like this place because it’s big and I can push my truck and play with my blocks without getting into too much trouble.  I think I’ll ask for a “man cave” next year for Christmas.

Anyway, Gran C made a yummy dinner and I pigged out.  My friends Patty and Floyd recently moved out to Colorado.  You might remember them from my trip to Baltimore.  You can read about it here.  They came over and shared with us.  It was a great day.

In case you missed it, here’s my picture from last year:

Merry Christmas, Paul! I think my niece left enough milk and cookies to cover for you, so don’t worry about that.
My dad has a man cave as well, except sometimes I take it over so I can watch baseball. It’s more like a sports cave.
Pretty sweet Grover! When I was a kid, Grover was my favorite. Good choice.
    Happy new year!
